Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, it enters our processing queue within 30 minutes. During this time, our team is verifying your order details, checking stock, and preparing it for dispatch. You don't need to do anything, your order is in good hands.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Details?
Tracking information is sent to you within 24-48 working hours after your order is confirmed. Depending on the contact details you provided at checkout, you will receive it either by email or SMS.
Once received, simply click the tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Details Yet?
There are a few common reasons tracking info may be delayed:
- High order volume- during sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
- Carrier delays- once your order is handed to the courier, there can be a short lag before they activate the tracking link
- Incorrect contact details- if your email or phone number was entered incorrectly at checkout, the notification may not have reached you
If 48 working hours have passed and you still haven't received your tracking details, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it right away.
My Tracking Shows No Updates- What Does That Mean?
This is normal, especially in the first 24 hours after receiving your tracking link. It simply means the parcel is in transit and hasn't passed through a scan point yet. Tracking updates appear each time your package reaches a new courier facility.
